My name is Saurabh Pandey. I am a naturally candid and straightforward person. I was born and raised in the spiritual city of Varanasi, which I deeply cherish. Known for its profound cultural and religious heritage, Varanasi holds a special place in my heart—it is both my hometown and my dream city. Nestled along the sacred River Ganga, Varanasi is a city rich in tradition, spirituality, and timeless beauty.

Born and brought up in the ancient city of Varanasi—also known as Benares (Banaras) or Kashi—I was fortunate to grow up in one of the oldest continually inhabited cities in the world. Varanasi, located on the banks of the holy Ganges River in Uttar Pradesh, is surrounded by its tributaries Varuna and Assi, from which the city derives its name.
My educational journey began at South Point Academy, where I completed my primary schooling. I then enrolled in Dr. Annie Besant Theosophical Higher Secondary School to complete my high school education. For my intermediate studies, I attended Anglo Bengali Inter College in Bhelupur, Varanasi. Throughout my academic journey, I drew inspiration from several influential figures, including Mr. Subrata Roy, the founder of Sahara India Pariwar.

I was born and raised in Varanasi, where I also completed my schooling. After that, I moved to the Delhi/NCR region (the capital area of India) to pursue my career.
I began my professional journey in 2007 with a limited company named APTECH. Over the years, I have steadily progressed in my career, always prioritizing growth in designation over just salary increments. My aim has always been to lead a team rather than simply work as an employee. With each step forward, I have focused on gaining knowledge and taking on new responsibilities.
Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to learn from my seniors and colleagues, and even from juniors at times. I’ve never hesitated to gain knowledge, no matter the source, and I believe learning is a continuous process.
I work in the IT industry, where staying competitive and knowledgeable is key to growth. My goal has always been to rise above the rest, and with consistent effort, dedication, and enthusiasm, I’ve worked hard to move toward that vision. After gaining extensive experience working with various companies in the Delhi-Noida region, I decided to start my own venture—where I could provide job opportunities and become a source of employment myself.
Since 2010, I have been running a small IT company named Your Dream Technologies, operating out of both Varanasi and Noida. In 2016, I also launched a startup called The First Coder in Noida, and another business named Galaxy Web Technologies based in Chatsworth, California. In addition, I am involved in other ventures and run an NGO called Relief Hands.
I believe that everyone has a unique way of thinking, and to improve any process, one must think in the right direction and act confidently—without crossing into overconfidence. My message to all my friends and colleagues is this: Always give your best, and you will achieve your best.
